1. Contractor Management Coordinator (Part-time)

Looking after our teams of subcontractors is integral to our business. In this role, you ensure the trades we have working across our many project sites are compliant and ready to work from day one. You will be required to communicate with our Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure all desktop onboarding requirements and paperwork is completed prior to work commencing. Time management and clear communication skills are a must, as is the thorough follow-up of all stakeholders.

Roles we’re always on the lookout for

Project Coordination role (full-time). Are you an exceptional administrator? This role is all about helping our Operations team provide an impeccable client experience. In this role, you’ll offer administrative support and assistance to the Operations team working across multiple projects and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.

Where is Greenline?

Glad you asked! Greenline’s head office is in the regional city of Wagga Wagga NSW. Located halfway between Melbourne and Sydney, we service these cities and their surrounds. We’ve also completed projects in ACT, QLD and WA.

Considering a tree change?

Regional Australia is a great place to be! Wagga Wagga is a city/overgrown country town of 60,000 people.

  • It’s home to a lot of crows (in the Wiradjuri language, Wagga Wagga means ‘place of many crows’)
  • And boasts the 9th best beach in Australia – don’t believe me? See this:
  • Into food? (I mean who isn’t). We might not have sharks at our ‘beach’ but what we have got is every type of cuisine you could ever wish for.
  • We even have an airport with (arguably) two terminals.
