Why Greenline?

Firstly, we’re a family business – started by Richard Wallace in 1997. Foremost, we value leadership, trust, and excellence and put these values into all aspects of what we do, how we do it and where we are going.

We set the highest standards, taking responsibility for our own actions and helping others around us achieve. Greenline leads by example in every interaction, with our clients, suppliers, and employees.

We keep our word and always do the right thing, because we know that the trust of our team and our clients must be earned and protected. With trust, things happen faster.

We set the bar high and put in the time and the effort to exceed it, because we know that it’s up to us to deliver the perfect outcome for our clients. We can’t let our clients or ourselves down.

How we work.

We currently have 20 full time staff members at Greenline.

You’ll fit right in with the team here if you are

  • Collaborative – we pool resources, knowledge and skills to get the job done
  • A team player and personable
  • Transparent and honest
  • Results oriented – we enjoy a bit of healthy competition
  • Adaptable – everyone accepts change and initiates change for the good of Greenline and our clients
  • Fun – while focused we are relaxed, flexible and have fun in a responsible way
  • A donut fan (ok so this isn’t mandatory but…)

We sum it up this way: we take our work seriously, but not ourselves!

In the words of our team.

We don’t have any fancy videos of us telling you what it is like to work here (yet).

But we do have this word graph. It was created from the data in a recent internal staff survey where every staff member was asked to list the top four words that come to mind when they think about working at Greenline. So this graph is, in our own words, what it’s like to work at Greenline.

Where is Greenline?

Glad you asked! Greenline’s head office is in the regional city of Wagga Wagga NSW. Located halfway between Melbourne and Sydney, we service these cities and their surrounds. We’ve also completed projects in ACT, QLD and WA.

Considering a tree change?

Regional Australia is a great place to be! Wagga Wagga is a city/overgrown country town of 60,000 people.

  • It’s home to a lot of crows (in the Wiradjuri language, Wagga Wagga means ‘place of many crows’)
  • And boasts the 9th best beach in Australia – don’t believe me? See this:
  • Into food? (I mean who isn’t). We might not have sharks at our ‘beach’ but what we have got is every type of cuisine you could ever wish for.
  • We even have an airport with (arguably) two terminals.

I have used Greenline for a number of years now as I have always found them to provide excellent customer service, great quality and reliability. Our most recent project was a covered walkway to provide extra shelter for our students.

From day one, the walkway was such a big hit, with so many students using it that we actually had to provide extra staff in the area for additional student supervision. Thank you Greenline.
