CONSTRUCTION

FABRIC STRUCTURE INSTALLATION

This project involved the installation of large double-green roof structure. The Narre Warren Bowls Club required a cover for its greens to enable year-round use. Previously, events were often cancelled due to rain.
TENNIS COURTS
Create best-in-class outdoor tennis courts that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Our expert team ensures that each court meets international standards, incorporating features such as weatherproof covers and high-spec LED lighting for optimal playing conditions day or night.
Western Sydney University needed to maintain good natural light during the day, and lighting to international standards for night-time use.
BOWLING GREENS
Greenline's expertise in designing and constructing bowling green covers ensures that clubs can enjoy their facilities year-round. Our structures provide full UV protection and weather resistance, enhancing both the usability and longevity of the greens.
One unique challenge during construction was the need to stay off the green to avoid damaging the surface. We were able to erect the barrel vault without contacting the surface at all, including during inclement weather.
BASKETBALL/NETBALL
Greenline excels in covering basketball courts with innovative structures that ensure all-weather usability and enhanced player experience. Our designs include retractable backboards and integrated LED lighting to meet professional standards.
Completed over two stages, the construction of adjoining steel roof structures at Pinks Reserve has transformed the community's netball courts into an all-weather, future-proof netball facility. Designed and constructed by Greenline.

Here’s how a custom mast-supported tensile PVC Membrane structure, designed by Crone Architects and constructed by Greenline, is providing the Rhodes community with increased amenities at the award-winning precinct, ‘The Connection’.
COMMERCIAL CAR PARKS
Well-designed car park shade creates a welcoming environment for customers. No more returning to overheated vehicles on a scorching summer day! Our Team has extensive experience designing and building shade solutions for shopping centre car parks, retail car parks, and airport parking areas. We can tailor shade solutions to cover single-bay or double-bay areas.
The design brief was to link the existing club building and new hotel with ‘a playful element’ a visually appealing walkway structure and car park. The structure needed to create a significant visual impact from the road and to provide a visual tie and waterproof linkway between the two buildings of different styles. The “hypar” shape twisted roof was a key element in both structures, as were the tall masts
COVERED OUTDOOR LEARNING AREAS
Greenline's outdoor learning areas are designed to create safe, engaging environments for students to learn and play. Our solutions incorporate weatherproofing and UV protection, ensuring that these spaces can be used in all conditions.
The COLA structure at Castle Hill High School serves multiple purposes, providing shelter during inclement weather while also offering a spacious area for school assemblies. This versatile structure accommodates the school’s growing number of students and staff.
FABRIC STRUCTURES
This project saw us erect a cover for the Pakenham Bowling Club to enable all-weather use. We were able to provide a turnkey solution for the club, integrating lighting, power, PA system and plumbing within the structure. We also handled all council permits and managed all subcontractors.
STEEL STRUCTURES
Our steel structures are engineered for strength and durability, perfect for large-span areas such as sports courts and community spaces. These structures provide complete weather protection, enhancing usability and safety.
Western Sydney University needed a design and construct company that could build a large span shelter over their courts to enable the courts to be hired out in all weather.
The project integrated LED lighting to international standards, retractable basketball backboards, fencing, stormwater plumbing and other ancillary scopes.

OUTDOOR SPORTS FACILITIES
This sporting facility was looking to replace a temporary fix and provide an aesthetically pleasing, waterproof cover to the marshalling area of their running track. The structure design also needed good afternoon sun protection.
SHADE SAIL APPLICATIONS
Bundoora Primary School wanted to provide shade to their canteen window and the deck area as it was very hot and bright.
Challenges were encountered along the way, as several underground services throughout the area had to be considered during the design phase.
A huge thank you and congratulations to the team at Greenline for delivering BIG TIME our outdoor shade shelter. The shelter, which covers one of our outdoor basketball courts, gives our students a chance to play through all weather conditions and looks great. Their post project support has been fantastic with quick follow-ups and service to the school.
We found Greenline to be professional throughout our entire business relationship, from our initial communications through to the completion of our project.
