Custom PVC Barrel Vault

Working closely with the client 

We worked closely with the club throughout the whole process, including handling the design and council approval process for the club. This included architectural drawings, removing the need for an architect. During the design process, we recommended the addition of end infills to the barrel vault to provide additional protection from the elements and enable use in all weather conditions, with dimmable 300lux rated lighting system certified by independent lighting designer.

Preserving the greens’ surfaces during construction

One particular challenge during construction was the need to stay off the green to avoid damaging the surface. We were able to erect the barrel vault without contacting the surface at all, including during inclement weather. We are delighted to say we delivered the project on time and on budget with no impact on the green, resulting in one very happy client.
