Quality

Quality Assurance and Accreditation

We take a risk-based, customer centric approach to ensuring we provide safe, fit-for-purpose projects that meet the customers’ requirements and minimise environmental impact.

We are accredited to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, AS/NZS: 4801:2001 standards. These are the accepted international standards for quality, environmental and safety management. The integrated management system incorporates the requirements of these standards and aligns these requirements with management’s vision for the company.

The management system is a symbol of trust – it shows we take quality, safety and the environment seriously. For the customer, it means we work to meet their requirements in the safest way possible, and provide the solution that best fits their needs

What do these standards mean?

AS/NZS4801:2001 is used as the benchmark to assess Occupational Health & Safety Management systems for organisations. Whilst this is an Australian/ New Zealand Standard, organisations in other countries have adopted the requirements.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 specifies the requirements of an environmental management system (EMS) for small to large organisations. An EMS is a systemic approach to handling environmental issues within an organisation.
